What sizing do we offer? Our rings are made to be adjustable to give you the perfect fit.

What if my ring doesn't fit? Email ----- with your order number and we'll make sure to help you.


Care

How do i take care of my ring? Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth after wear — especially after contact with perfume, lotion, or sweat. Avoid soaking in water and take it off before swimming or showering. Keep it away from harsh chemicals and abrasive cleaning products. Store it dry when not wearing it — a soft wipe is always enough.


Orders & shipping

How long does delivery take? Orders are sent within 24 hours (when ordered on a workday) and arrive in about 5-10 business days. You will receive a tracking link in your email as soon as your order ships.

How much does shipping cost? 5$ flat. It's free when your order is above a certain threshold - automatically applied at checkout.

How do i track my order? You will receive a tracking link via email when your order ships.

Can i change my address after i've ordered? If we have not shipped your order yet, email us as soon as you find out and we'll update it. Reach out as soon as you notice the mistake.

What if i didn't receive a order confirmation after ordering? First thing you must do is check your spam-folder in your email-provider. Still can't find it, there might be a typo in checkout. Write to us your name used on order and approximate time of order. We'll make sure to resend the confirmation to the right address.

What payment-providers do you accept? Mastercard, Visa, Maestro, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay + Klarna. You will see available payment methods at checkout.


Returns & exchanges

Return Policy? You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to return any item - unused and in its original packaging. Reach out to us at email: ------- to make a return.

What if something is wrong with my order? Email us at: -------- with your order number and a message about the issue (attach a photo, it helps). We reply within 24 hours and will sort out the issue - refund, replacement or a swap, whatever is best for you.

Do you offer a guarantee? Normal wear and tear isn't covered. If there is something that's not right, email us ------ and we'll help.
